Orders are made after you approve a proof. Production takes 2–5 business days, then transit takes 2–7 business days within Canada or 5–10 to the USA. Everything ships from Canada. Personalized items are final sale, except for defects or damage reported within 14 days.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Canadian orders ship domestically. US orders ship from Canada, and any duties or taxes that apply are confirmed in our reply email before you pay.
How do proofs work?
After you order, we email a mockup of your design with Approve and Request change buttons. Production starts only once you approve. Small changes are always free.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is made just for you, personalized items are final sale. If something arrives damaged, defective or different from your approved proof, email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake it or refund you.

How does personalization work?
Upload a photo and add your text on the product page. We design it and email you a proof. Nothing is printed until you click Approve.
How long until my order arrives?
Production takes 2–5 business days after you approve your proof. Transit is then 2–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to the USA. Both times are shown on every product page.
Where are your products made?
Our jute is handwoven in Bangladesh. Every piece, jute and metal, is personalized, finished by hand and shipped from Canada.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are made just for you, so they are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll remake or refund it.
Do US customers pay duties?
US orders ship from Canada. Any duties or taxes that apply are confirmed in our reply email before you pay.
What photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo at least 1500 pixels on the long side. If your photo is too small for the size you picked, we'll warn you in the personalizer.
Do you do bulk or custom orders?
Yes. We work with businesses, weddings, events, car clubs and pet rescues. Use the Custom & Bulk form for a quote.
