Printable wall art is a high-resolution digital file you download right after you buy it and print yourself. You choose the paper, the size and the frame, so it costs far less than a framed print and arrives instantly. Every CaptivMart printable is an original design, and each design comes in four styles.
What sizes do printable wall art files come in?
Our printables include 7 files per style: 2:3 (4x6, 8x12, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36), 3:4 (6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 18x24), 4:5 (8x10, 16x20), 11x14 and ISO A sizes (A5 to A1). That covers almost every standard frame in Canada and the USA, plus a bonus Frame TV image and a phone wallpaper.
Where can I print digital downloads in Canada?
At home on matte photo paper or cardstock, or at any photo counter such as Staples, Walmart Photo or Costco Photo. Online print labs also work well for large posters. Upload the file that matches your frame and pick a matte or satin finish for the best colour.
What paper is best for printing wall art at home?
A heavy matte photo paper or bright white cardstock gives rich colour without glare. Set your printer to its best photo quality and turn off any 'fit to page' scaling so the art prints at its true size. For anything bigger than 11x14, a print shop usually gives a better result than a home printer.

Can I print the art on canvas or metal?
Yes. The files are print-ready at high resolution, so canvas, poster paper and cardstock all work. If you want a finished piece instead, we also print our poster designs on gloss metal, ready to hang with no frame or glass.
